APPOINTMENTS: We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our treatments. However we will always do our best to accommodate your request.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATIONS: A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Your card will not be charged for any services unless within the guidelines stated in our cancellation policy as followed. We require 24 hr notice for any individual service and 48hr on any package of 2 or more services, and group reservations. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if an appointment is canceled or rescheduled in less than the time required by our policies. 50% of the total cost of service will be charged if less then 24hrs notice is given. A charge of the full service amount will be charged if no notice is given.
CHECK-IN: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment and a charge of the full service amount.
PAYMENT: All major credit cards and Apple pay is accepted. We do not except personal or business checks.
TIPPING IS CASH ONLY AND CAN NOT BE ADDED TO CREDIT CARD OR APPLE PAY.
