Appointments
We highly recommend you make a reservation in advance for any of our treatments. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. A major credit card will be required for any treatment that is an hour or more. Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment time. Guest who arrive past their scheduled appointment time will result in a shortened service. Full cost of service will be charged.
Cancellations
We require 24 Hours notice for any individual service and 48 Hours on any packages of two or more service. We reserve the right to charge your credit card if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the time required by our policies. 50% of the total service will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment. A charge of the full service amount will be issued if no notice is given. Your credit card will not be charged except for the aforementioned condition.
Payment
Beach House Spa accepts cash and major credit cards as well as apple pay. We do not accept personal or business checks
Gratuities are always appreciated and are accepted as Venmo or cash, they cannot be added to credit cards or gift cards.
-Both Physical and E-Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates. Gift cards cannot be used towards gratuity. The Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of purchase, and the available balance will be applied to the transaction.
- Physical and E-Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. This certificate is not transferable, BEACH HOUSE SPA is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the certificate. No expressed or implied warranties apply.
-A dormancy fee will be applied after 24 months inactive in accordance with state law. A maintenance fee of $2.50 a month will be deducted from the remaining balance if card is inactive for 24 consecutive months. Inactive is defined as no purchases, reloads during this period. Fees will not reduce the card value to below $0.
To avoid maintenance fees, use your card before the inactivity period begins.
-All gift cards are valid for 5 years from the purchase date. After 5 years any remaining balances will expire, and the card will no longer be redeemable. This expiration policy complies with New jersey state law. Please treat gift cards like cash; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced
